Pilates Mat or Qigong. Both are forgiving on the body, both teach the language we
use across the rest of the catalogue. After three or four of either, almost any class
on the schedule becomes accessible.
Somatic Regulation is quiet, slow, ground-based — it's about feeling safe inside
your body. Breathwork is louder, more activating, and uses sustained breathing
patterns to reach a different state. Same destination, different doors.
No. Coaches scale every lift to where you are today. We've had members start with
an empty bar and members start with double bodyweight squats — the format
works either way.
Yes — the beginner format is two minutes, breath-led, one practitioner per three
guests. We don't push past your edge. Most newcomers leave more relaxed than
they arrived.
Three times a week is the sweet spot most members settle into — typically two
movement classes and one recovery or mind-body session. More is fine; less still
works.
Yes for Reformer, PT-led Strength, Breathwork and Cold Immersion (small group
sizes). Drop-in works for Mat, Qigong, FAMO, and Meditation & Sound.
