WORKSHOPS & SESSIONS FOR COMPANIES

Nervous System at Work

Great workplaces are not built only through strategy, structures and leadership frameworks. They are built through the quality of everyday human interactions, and how people show up under pressure.

Regulation starts with one person. Its effect ripples outward.

WHY IT MATTERS

Different ways of experiencing pressure. One place to start.

Under pressure, the nervous system shifts into protection before we've had a chance to think. Some of us speed up. Others shut down. Neither is a character flaw. It's biology, and it can be understood.

Pressure has more than one face. For some, it’s a mind that won’t switch off. For others, it’s the conflict no one names, or the colleague who keeps saying yes until something has to give.

Some of us speed up

push · defend · snap

Others shut down

withdraw · go quiet · run on empty

OUR APPROACH

NOT

We can teach you how to be a better leader.

BUT

Let's look at, and support, the human being behind the role. Especially when things get difficult.

Nervous System at Work helps people understand what happens to themselves and their relationships under pressure. When we support greater regulation and awareness in people who influence others, the impact doesn't stop with them. It ripples through their relationships, teams and company culture.

PEOPLE BECOME AWARE OF HOW PRESSURE SHAPES THE WAY THEY

listen · communicate · make decisions · handle conflict · relate to others

SO THEY CAN CREATE MORE

Trust

Psychological safety

Flexibility

WHY THE WELL ZONE

Working with the nervous system, not against it.

Most workplace wellbeing teaches people to cope. We build capacity.

The goal isn't to avoid stress. It's to build the capacity to move between states, and to recover more quickly when pressure rises. That takes practice over time, not a one-off.

01

Awareness

Noticing the body's signals under pressure, without judgement.

02

Meet yourself where you are

Working with the state you're in, not forcing one you're not ready for.

03

Regulation tools

Breath, rhythm, movement and co-regulation: simple tools to use in a meeting, not just on a mat.

04

Capacity over time

Regulation is a practice. Resilience grows as the body learns it's safe to soften.

WHY HOLD IT AT THE WELL ZONE

A space built for regulation.

We're happy to come to your office or offsite. But a change of setting can help people arrive, slow down and open up, and the space itself is part of the experience.

Designed to calm the body. Soft light, natural materials, quiet sound and a slower pace.

Recovery on site. Add movement, contrast therapy or guided rest to the same day.

A place to keep practising. Your people can come back, with 15% off membership through a company partnership.

YOUR FACILITATOR

Tamara Vidovic

Somatic Therapist & Counsellor · Facilitator

With a background in psychology and over a decade of experience in psychotherapy, my work explores how our nervous systems shape the way we experience ourselves, relate to others and navigate challenges. I combine psychological knowledge and insights from neuroscience with body-based approaches and nervous system awareness to help people better understand their patterns and develop greater compassion, flexibility and choice in how they respond.

“I believe we can care deeply about our work without leaving ourselves depleted — with enough of ourselves left for the people we love and the lives we want to live beyond work.”

TRAINING

Somatic Experiencing · Body-Oriented Psychotherapy

BACKGROUND

Degree in Psychology, University of Belgrade · 10+ years of psychotherapy experience · 7 years in market research · Member of the European Association for Body Psychotherapy (EABP)

HOW WE KEEP IT SAFE

Deep work, at a pace that feels right.

Safety comes first, because the nervous system only opens up when it feels safe. So we design every session for people who sit next to each other on Monday morning.

Nothing is required

Every invitation is optional. You can always pass.

Share the insight, not the story

Most reflection happens in writing, in the body or in pairs. No one is put on the spot in the group.

Sharing happens mostly one-to-one

Sharing with the whole group is always a choice, never an expectation.

A private space for what's personal

The 1:1 map debrief is there for anything people want to explore on their own.

WHAT TO EXPECT

No surprises. Everyone knows what's coming.

Knowing what will happen is part of feeling safe. So we take care of the before and after as much as the session itself.

01 · BEFORE

Before we meet

A short call with HR to understand your team and what's happening right now

A welcome note for everyone, so they know what to expect: what the session is, and what it isn't

02 · DURING

The session

Short input on the nervous system, then simple body-based practices

Reflection mostly in writing and in pairs. Sharing with the group is always optional

At your office, at your offsite, or at The Well Zone, Södermalm

03 · AFTER

Taking it back to work

Simple practices to use in everyday working life

A short summary of themes for HR. Never anything personal

An optional 1:1 debrief, and a short check-in two weeks later

FORMATS & PRICES

From a first look to a deeper practice.

Every format is experiential, not a lecture. Prices are per group, exkl. moms, and depend on group size. After a short call, we send a proposal shaped around your team.

Leading Under Pressure

The same work, adapted to leading others. Rather than teaching leadership models, we explore what happens to me when I have responsibility for other people.

What triggers me?

How does pressure change the way I listen, communicate, decide and handle conflict?

How do I respond when someone else's state activates mine?

What does it mean to lead while staying connected to myself and others?
